It's time for celebration - CCN HE shortlisted as a finalist for the HE Partner of the Year at the CMI Awards of Excellence 2025!

The CMI HE Partner of the Year award recognises higher education providers that make a real, measurable impact through their partnership with CMI. City College Norwich Higher Education is proud to be a CMI HE Partner, delivering a BA (Hons) Leadership and Management degree (validated by the University of East Anglia and dual-accredited by CMI), alongside an Operations Manager Higher Apprenticeship, and Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship – all designed to develop confident, capable leaders and support local employers. 

At CCN HE, leadership and management aren’t just subjects we teach, they’re what we believe in. Our programmes transform careers, build confidence, and drive stronger team and organisational performance, closely aligning with CMI’s mission to create conscious, inclusive leaders who boost productivity, engagement and wellbeing. Our apprentices benefit from rich CMI resources, structured independent study support, and career-focused guidance throughout their journey. The CMI Professional Standard is embedded at every stage, from dual accreditation and tripartite reviews to high-quality EPA portfolios, ensuring our learners are fully prepared to excel.

The results speak for themselves. Our apprentices are ambitious, focused, and proud of their achievements, with EPA success regularly celebrated on LinkedIn. Of our 2025 CMDA graduates, four out of ten secured new or progressed roles within a year, from early-career professionals stepping up to senior leaders moving into executive positions. These successes reflect not only individual growth, but clear return on investment for employers.
