We offer dedicated Student Support Officers for Higher Education to support you through your course.

Hannah Brown works as a Higher Education Student Support Officer across all our campuses from Monday to Friday.

Hello, my name is Hannah Brown. I am the Student Support Officer for Higher Education. I am here to support you through your course. I can help with:

Accessing college support like financial advice or wellbeing services
Understanding procedures for extensions, breaks in study, support in assessments, etc
Support with academic skills and personal organisation
General queries or concerns

If you are ever struggling at college, have an issue or query that you are unsure how to deal with, or just need a chat, then you can come speak to me. I work across all HE campuses from Monday to Friday.

Additionally, when you join us, you will be invited to take part in our new student survey to help us understand how we can further support you.
